I believe that you already have many of the important tools needed for personal growth. Unfortunately, history (including traumatic memories and outdated self-talk) causes us to forget the good stuff that we bring to the table.
These internal resources, such as character strengths and worthiness, are vital to emotional wellbeing, self-confidence and healthy relationships.
The road back to your Authentic Self can be challenging and full of growing pains as you shed conditioned thinking and old messages. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe counseling environment for you to explore the thoughts and feelings that come up during this process.
In my practice, I focus on providing you with the additional tools needed to reacquaint yourself with those internal resources.
I am trained in Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT™), a method that uses light, color wavelengths, and eye movements to overcome emotional distress. This type of therapy, along with my extensive background in Trauma Therapy, Yoga Therapy and Mindfulness, provides clients with the necessary support to create positive change.
